On Saturday, September 23, BSHS Bands will be hosting the 27th Annual Bluegrass Pageant of Bands.
- 12:30 – Band Room Opens, Set Up Begins
- 2:00 – Guides Report, Bands begin to arrive
- 5:00 – First Band Performs
- 6:00 – Awards, students get dinner at concessions
- 7:00 – All BSHS Band Members report to band room to dress
- 8:00 – Finals begins
- 8:15 – BSHS Warm Up
- 9:00 – BSHS Performs
- 9:15 – Awards
- 9:30 – Get out of uniform, Clean up
- 10:00ish – Dismiss
Notes:
Students should wear their green band shirts throughout the day. Please bring your black shorts, band shoes, and tall black socks for Saturday night.
Students will be fed one meal at concessions. Additional food/snacks can be purchased.
All students are expected to be on campus throughout the day. Check in at the volunteer table when you arrive to be placed where additional help is needed. If you have signed up for a job already, arrive early to be on time for your shift.
Please park in the neighborhood around campus – save the parking spots for our paying customers!
